Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused sports equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and certificates of authenticity for the wood are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to begin the transit back to our workshop.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
